I, the undersigned take part in the 2025 South African Safari Rally at my own risk. I exonerate the FIA, MSA, the Organizers and officials, their employees, officers and agents from any and all liability for any loss, damage or injury, which I may incur in the course of the event. Furthermore, I undertake to indemnify and hold harmless the FIA, MSA, the Organizers and officials, their employees, officers and agents from and against any and all liability to third parties for any loss, damage or injury which I am jointly and severally liable. By signing the entry, I authorise the organizer to use my image, as well as that of my vehicle & to publish our tracking position to the public during the 2025 South African Safari Rally.
